Together with Asthma + Lung UK, we have launched a new campaign calling on the government to make respiratory health a key part of the forthcoming NHS 10-Year Plan. As lung diseases are the leading driver of winter NHS pressures and are strongly linked to deprivation, without this focus the government will not be able to build an NHS fit for the future or address inequalities in life expectancy.

How can you help?

We want as many MPs as possible to write to Wes Streeting, the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, urging him to prioritise lung health in the NHS 10-Year Plan. The e-action provides a template email to send to your MP and a template letter for your MP to send to Wes.
